We breed Duroc/Land Race cross hogs. They live the ultimate happy life outdoors on pasture rooting around doing what pigs to best. Pastured pork has on average of 3x the Vit D per serving and 2x the Vit E as conventional pork. They are so delicious! Their bones make the richest broth for your soups/stews. Best pork chops ever! We are famous for our ground chorizo & breakfast sausage. Our bacon is legendary. So good!

The best beef you have ever tasted. Grass-fed and Barley finished on pasture and dry-aged. Always on pasture, never on a feedlot. We do it right. This is our top selling beef. The favor and marbling can’t be beat. We also have Grass-fed Grass-finished available for those who request it (1/2 cow shares only)
